Ravi Amin – Principal and Board Member

Ravi Amin is a healthcare entrepreneur who has dedicated his career to improving patient care and access to healthcare. 

As CEO of UniversalMed Supply, a Dallas-based Durable Medical Equipment Provider, Ravi has led the company’s expansion to serve patients in all 50 states, including a location in Honolulu, HI. The company has secured contracts with over 300 insurance payors. UniversalMed Supply specializes in providing complex respiratory and mobility products to patients, helping them achieve better health outcomes. 

Ravi’s most recent venture in the pursuit of improved healthcare access involves the establishment of a mini ecosystem of healthcare organizations. This development includes Universal Urgent Care, Universal Dialysis, and a Nephrology/Internal Medicine Clinic. Notably, his newest company, the Universal Dialysis Center in Dallas, Texas, is at the forefront of this endeavor, offering patients a diverse range of dialysis options. These options encompass traditional in-center dialysis, home hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis. In addition, Ravi has also founded and integrated Infimed Solutions, an offshore Business Processing Outsourcing company based in India, which plays a vital role in providing support to many of these organizations. 

Ravi graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Major in Finance and a Minor in Economics. Ravi Amin lives in his hometown of Dallas and enjoys spending time with his wife, Sunita, and their two boys, Luca and Lavin.
